Member dues and program fees only meet a portion of our budget each year. And grants from Foundation sources are usually very specific, and not usable to cover many of our basic, fundamental services, such as some community outreach, workforce development, and manufacturing assistance initiatives. WIRE-Net holds an Annual Appeal for donations to bridge the gap between these sources of funds and the budget required to serve the manufacturing community in the fashion it deserves.

Each year, membership dues cover only a portion of the cost of WIRE-Net's services. Important community outreach programs, including the workforce training and job placement, real estate redevelopment, and manufacturing assistance programs must be fully underwritten by other funding sources, including contributed income from the Annual Appeal.
