A WN member is looking for information on
instituting a shift differential. The company is looking into
doing this with their 2nd shift, and wondered how other companies
handled it. Does anyone out there have any input, guidance,
previous experience?

What expectations do you have for the
interview/application attire of candidates for shop level
positions? We encourage appropriate attire and I'd like to find
out other thoughts...i.e. does dress matter to you?
