How it Works

  • Member details
    • 30 % of wages for the first 560 hours the employee works for you
    • Payable in 2 installments to ensure job retention: if the employee leaves before 90 days, you do not pay the 2nd installment
  • Member savings
    • Cost of running an add in your local paper or website: >$350
    • Cost of time it takes to write a job posting, sort through resumes, schedule and interview candidates that are nowhere close to what you need: ?$7500*
