GLWN Triangle and Turbines

GLWN, a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase the domestic content of North America's wind turbines and to localize new business opportunities in the growing wind industry, will present a workshop to educate Ohio's construction and logistics community on how they can become a part of the wind farm supply chain. GLWN works with wind turbine OEMs and developers, identifies critical needs, and connects manufacturers and suppliers with new customers.

Join us for a ground-breaking workshop to learn:

  • Ohio's rules for local content
  • Kinds of opportunities available and what is needed to qualify
  • How projects are managed and what to expect
  • Next steps for interested companies

We've got some great guest speakers lined up, including Terrence O'Donnell, Bricker & Eckler LLP; Brian Abeld, Mortenson Construction; Utopia Hill, Invenergy LLC; Peter Endres, juwi Wind, LLC; Chris Ball, Vectora Transportation LLC; and James Jacobs, American Rail Center.
