About Our Facilitators

Matt Keough is the founder of Bright Kestrel Ltd., and provides online marketing services and consulting to small businesses and non-profits. Matt was a marketing manager at a manufacturing job shop in Lake County where he designed and coded websites, performed search engine optimization, manned trade show booths, as well as managed all digital and traditional marketing.

Richard Potesta is the President / COO of SlewPro in Tallmadge Ohio. SlewPro specializes in the design and build of slewing ring bearings and associated product. Richard has spent the majority of his career in manufacturing and factory automation, having spent the 8 years prior to SlewPro automating Bridgestone facilities throughout North America. Since implementing his inbound marketing strategy, Richard has seen a significant increase in sales leads—with a 60% close ratio due to interesting web content.
