Grow Your People, Grow Your Business:

Strategic Workforce Diagnostic Workshop

Workforce challenges continue to be top of mind for Northeast Ohio manufacturing leaders as a critical component of organizational success. This hands-on, interactive workshop is designed to help your leaders understand how to best align your workforce and talent needs to organizational strategy and business objectives, and give you a practical start to a systematic process for identifying and addressing the gaps between your current and future workforce needs.

This workshop will help you answer the following questions regarding your workforce planning efforts —"Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How can we get there?"— and give you the tools to:

  • Understand the potential benefits and ROI when strategic workforce planning is aligned with your business strategy and objectives
  • Conduct a mini assessment to identify gaps in staffing and/or core competencies needed for critical jobs and work processes
  • Assess organizational readiness for strategic workforce planning and application of talent management best practices
  • Evaluate what needs to happen next to achieve your organization's ideal state for talent acquisition and retention

Manufacturing companies are invited to bring teams of leaders who are involved in making strategic decisions regarding workforce and talent management at your organization.

This program is valid for 3.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
