Understanding the Data Within

No matter the size of your business, it's more expensive to acquire a new customer than it is to keep an existing one.

ColemanWick's sales and analytics approach applies advanced statistical analysis methods to identify lost customers, analyze who they are, why they left, and provide insight as to how to win them back. The highly specialized process focuses on customer reactivation, turning lost business into added revenue.

Learn the four steps to data driven success:

  1. Map internal data sources for marketing and sales optimization
  2. Capture the right data and use it effectively
  3. Analyze the data to reveal customer insights
  4. Use data for prospecting

ColemanWick Founder and Managing Partner, Odell Coleman, will share practical insights into building a data-centric sales and marketing operation.
