Continuous Improvement: We Needed More Than Lean to Succeed
Kent Elastomer Products, Inc.
Kent Elastomer Products adopted Lean in 2006 which evolved into our culture of Continuous Improvement. Along the way, we learned that we needed more than Lean to improve. As we became better as a company, we needed to give our managing staff tools to improve as well. Communication and leadership skills are equally as important for a company to flourish. We couldn't expect our employees to grow if we did not improve as managers. This is the story of our evolution as a company and how we learned to trust and work with each other in the process.
