Chris Peer

Christopher Peer is founder and owner of Idea Engine Inc. (doing business as SyncShow), a digital marketing firm specializing in manufacturing and manufacturing services. In his role as President/CEO, Chris is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring all products and services meet or exceed high standards of quality, integrity and value. Chris is also responsible for fostering an organizational culture that makes SyncShow one of Cleveland's best places to work.

Chris has more than 20 years' experience in digital marketing strategy, lead generation and communication consultancy. With a degree in visual communications from Kent State University, Chris worked for several independent design studios and corporations in Washington, D.C.; Dallas, Texas; and Cleveland, Ohio, before founding Idea Engine Inc. in 2002. Now with 20 employees, SyncShow has since grown to be one of Northeast Ohio's largest marketing agencies. Chris works with clients to develop results-based online marketing to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Chris lives in Westlake, Ohio with his wife, Jane, and is a proud father of two girls. He is an avid runner, cyclist and enjoys backpacking, golf and sporting clays.
