Creating a Culture of Accountability

All companies establish goals and objectives for their leaders, but organizations that excel at creating a culture of accountability are more likely to reach those goals.

Accountability issues occur in nearly every organization and leaders struggle to make meaningful changes that improve results. Often the focus is placed solely on the individual who fails to deliver when, in reality, there are many factors that contribute to successful outcomes.

This seminar will study a model that identifies specific elements necessary to:

  • Facilitate accountability
  • Remove excuses
  • Create better results
