Supervisory Certificate Series

In this four-part series, participants will learn essentials for management success, practical skills, strategies, and tools that can immediately be put to use back on-the-job. Topics include: managing employee performance, problem solving and decision making, planning and managing the work, and dealing with issues of discrimination, harassment, and employee leaves of absence. ERC's nationally-recognized program is delivered by high energy and knowledgeable trainers. We encourage teams of two to three people attend together for maximum value. There are no prerequisites for this course.
