Public Market Sites
WIRE-Net strongly supports the City of Cleveland launch of its Industrial-Commercial Land Bank Initiative in 2005.  This proactive approach enhances the market by removing obstacles such as environmental contamination or dilapidated building demolition to create ready-to-build for business expansion and attraction.

Midland Steel Site - this 21-acre site has been successfully cleaned up and offers buildable lots for sale in a strong west side industrial district.

Trinity Site - this 5.5 acre site is currently undergoing extensive environmental remediation to make the site shovel-ready for new light industrial development.
