WIRE-Net Community Roots WIRE-Net's work is community-based. We maintain a relationship with our five sponsoring community development corporations (CDCs). Each is represented in WIRE-Net through permanent seats on our Board of Directors. Moving forward, we anticipate establishing strong relationships with the other CDCs throughout Cleveland.
