Role with WIRE-Net

Her wide-ranging experiences with the organization have prepared Mari-Elen for her current responsibilities, which include planning WIRE-Net events and producing attention-grabbing communications.  

Background

Mari-Elen Sammon joined WIRE-Net in May 2003 as Coordinator of Manufacturing Training Services.  Prior to joining us, Mari-Elen worked as an administrator with LTV Steel’s Career Development Program.  Working in different locations throughout the company, she was able to provide basic- and technical-skills development for steelworkers.  Mari-Elen, who earned her degree in English from Cleveland State University, also taught there in the fields of English and Freshman Orientation.  In 2005 Mari-Elen Became the Manager of Job Placement Services.
