Role with WIRE-Net

Michael Hoag has been with WIRE-Net for 10 years and is currently Vice President of Redevelopment Programs.  He has a strong industrial real estate background with several years experience in managing multi-tenant industrial facilities.    

Mike also coordinates WIRE-Net’s industrial corridors program that has successfully leveraged more than $28 Million in infrastructure investments for key industrial districts since 2000. Mike welcomes the opportunity to assist companies with their expansion and/or relocation needs.

Background

Mike has a broad knowledge of Cleveland’s west side industrial real estate market and can help companies evaluate opportunities for lease/purchase and/or new construction.  Understanding complex environmental issues related to industrial real estate and available financing/incentive programs, Mike can help identify the right expansion/relocation solution for business.  Mike is a graduate of Gannon University with a B.S. in Business Administration.  Mike also received a Certificate in Urban Economic Development from Cleveland State’s Levin College of Urban Affairs in 2005.
